I have been under the medical care of Mr Roman Mykula since my diagnosis of skin cancer malignant melanoma in 2019. The shock of being informed was one thing, but the moment Mr Mykula engaged with me his reassurance was first class, even up to and post surgery, of which I have had several. It is very rare that I write reviews, however I owe a lot to Mr Mykula's extensive medical knowledge and surgical skills, he has been absolutely amazing with a first class bedside manner. Without wishing ill health on anyone, I would without hesitation recommend My Mykula, who in my view ranks among the best consultant surgeons within the UK. Roman my sincere thanks for all that you have done for me. I would also add, that Mr Mykula has excellent administrative support, you are always kept up to date and follow up appointments made expeditiously. Outstanding 5 Star service.

I found Mr. Mykula to be a very good surgeon. He was very concerned that I would not feel pain during surgery under a local anesthetic and went to great lengths to check that all was fine before proceeding. When I did feel a bit of discomfort he was quick to make sure that it was rectified before proceeding. After surgery care was just as good with the same attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone.

I cannot recommend Mr Mykula enough - he has been so caring, listening and understanding. He listens and actions every concern of yours. Mr Mykula performed quite extensive head and neck surgery on me and my scars have healed so amazing, some of them aren't even visible - and that's only 3 months after! He really listens and wants to do best what's right for you. He always puts the patient first. Can't recommend enough!

My Mykula treats people as a person as well as a patient. He is very relaxed and listens to a patient's concerns and explains medical and surgical terms in an understandable language. An expert in his field, and very knowledgeable.

Mr. Mykula is a very skilled surgeon. He is in no way pretentious, rather he is approachable, prepared to explain, and unlike some consultants of his great skill he does not consider himself to have divine appointment. He is, quite simply, a very nice man. Richard Unwin.
